The design remit was based on a small budget and involved the reconstruction of a neglected garden of a traditional cottage into a more contemporary format.

Consequently the design had to take advantage of some of the existing features and budget by recycling some of the old materials.

The garden was also designed to tie in with the ambience a charming eighteen century cottage with some of its ‘old world’ appeal and add a range of contemporary architectural features

The finished garden is ostensibly based upon a newly recycled terrace and water feature which is rounded off with modern-style sleeper paths in a circular design.
